Statesville Housing Authority supports several different programs, all with the resident in mind. SHA offers Public Housing & Section 8 assistance through our Housing Operations Department. We also offer our residents a Family Self-Sufficiency program, and a Home Ownership program.
Statesville Housing Authority offers financial and workshop Consulting (to other agencies).
