The Statesville Housing Authority Maintenance Department is responsible for managing all maintenance functions in the most timely and cost effective manner, while providing the best service to the residents of 574 Public Housing units.
These services include plumbing, electrical, heating, etc. We do this as a team effort starting with the manager, service coordinator, mechanics I and II, and including temporary employees. We have a team that maintains the occupied units and a team that that maintains the vacant units. The paint crew is involved with both teams.
We also have individuals who handle the on call service we provide for nights, weekends, and holidays.
