South Statesville Skills Center (SSSC)

We constructed the South Statesville Skills Center on Hwy 21 in South Statesville. This facility will be utilized by several local agency's that specialize in specific educational needs for lower income individuals.

Apartment Communities

We have constructed two apartment communities. The Commons at West End, located on West End Avenue (close to uptown Statesville and Mitchell Community College), and East Ridge Commons (located close to Interstate 77 and Signal Hill Mall).

Consulting

John Grossi, jgrossi@sha-online.org is the Fee Accountant here at SHA 704.872.9811 ext. 204. He contracts out his accounting talents to surrounding area Housing Authorities.

Financial:

On-site, as well as, Off-site Fee Accounting. Performance Funding Analysis and Review, Section 8 Reserve Analysis, and Accounting Department Management.

Operational:

Department Efficiency studies, FASS, PHAS and MASS Plans, Agency Plans, and Maintenance Department Reviews. ISCEC can also oversee Safety Programs, Overall Management Studies, and Capital Fund (CFP) Program Services.

Other Related Services:

A variety of Resident Training Programs, Strategic Planning, and Long Range Business Planning. Personnel Compensation Plans, Market Comparability Studies, PHA Management, and Rental Management is also available.
