Home Ownership Program

Allison Summit Phase 1

This is a picture of one of the eight homes that were constructed at Allison Summit.  A community, Iredell Statesville Community Enrichment Corporation (ISCEC), constructed to assist low income families achieve their dreams of owning their own home.

We are very proud of this program.

SHA, after three decades of providing affordable housing, is now making it possible for some of these very same residents to realize the American Dream of Home Ownership.

SHA started the Home Ownership project by constructing 8 new homes.  These homes were offered to the participants in the SHA Family Self-Sufficiency program.  We then made them available to other residents in the community.

We sold the homes to residents who had a dream to own their own home.  We assisted some of the residents with re-establishing their credit and assisted in the loan application process.  All the residents are happy with their purchases and look forward to a long, healthy, and Self-Sufficient life.

If you are interested, please give Tonya Rathbone a call at: 704.872.9811 ext. 209 for more information.

We are looking forward to assisting our residents in their goal to become self-sufficient and home owners!
